The problem with the Government becoming involved with Private Enterprise has been put into stark display during the Chrysler bankruptcy proceedings.

There is mounting evidence that decisions on which dealerships to close were based, at least in part, on who the owners of the dealership supported in elections. There is also a thought that pro-Obama dealerships are not only staying open, but are having their competition eliminated.

If these theories prove true, this would represent one of the most dispicable acts of corruption the federal government has ever been involved with, surpassing by far the Nixon Watergate Scandal.

Further, if it is proven that President Obama is involved, I believe this would constitute High Crimes and Misdemeanors and require the consideration of impeachment.

One thing is certain at this point - an official investigation into this situation is warranted.

It will be interesting to see how the current party in power and the national media addresses this growing scandal.

Sadly the focus continues to be on the political fall out for the Victorian Labor Party, especially for Premier John Brumby, Attorney-General Rob Hulls, senior ALP MP George Seitz, (factional warlord & longest serving MP in Victoria’s history) and Sports Minister Justin Madden. The real focus should be on the long suffering citizens of Brimbank.

On 11/11/2008, 3 Sheriffs broke into my home – they did not have an arrest warrant nor a search and seizure warrant.   When I asked them (through the door) to see the warrant, they did not have one.   I, have not broken any laws of the land.   I was in a civil matter with GMAC, I requested a jury trial with the State Court and the judge John Herbert Crandford denied me a JURY trial.   (7^th Amendment violation)

The three sheriffs then picked the door of my home, when I did not give my consent to open my door.  (4^th Amendment violation)

They came into my home and took me into custody and charged me with (obstruction of an officer) - because I would not open my door.  (They did not have a search and seizure warrant) – after placing me in custody – the arresting officer filed a “WARRANT LESS ARREST AFFIDAVIT – for obstruction).

The county prosecutor will not docket the case, so that I can have my due process - Obstruction charges (6^th Amendment Violation)

The Internal Affairs of the sheriff department first refused to file my criminal compliant.

Because if a sheriff does not have a warrant to come into your home it’s then considered breaking and entering… and if they take something it’s ROBBERY.  When a sheriff or police does not have an arrest warrant and still takes you without your consent, that is called KIDNAPPING! (Wrongful imprisonment- XIII Amendment Violation). 

Once the department finally decided to take my compliant – within 3 days their report came back “unfounded”. 

I have contacted the Mayor of Coweta, The Governor of Georgia, the Commissioners of  Coweta County and the Congressman of District 3 of Georgia.  No one will live up to the OATH OF OFFICES that they swore by (The Constitution of the united State of America and the Georgia Constitution)

So I call on you…The American PEOPLE…The People with a VOICE, a people with POWER, to stand up against:

- CORRUPTION within the Government

- FRAUD within the Government

When is Enough, ENOUGH?….Are you fed UP?…if you said YES  (and know that one day this could happen to you as well)
