There's a ton of anxiety in the nonprofit sector around all these Baby Boomers retiring from executive leadership positions in the coming years and the lack of qualified leaders available and willing to fill them. Yet next generation leaders are saying they're ready to step up to the plate, so is the leadership crisis real or imagined? And how do we move from crisis to action?
