Sometimes the bitter reality of our behavior is the truth that we do not want to see. Swallowing that pill means viewing ourselves without the rose colored glasses of our limited perceptions.

The truth is the truth; plain and simple. We can manipulate, and/or twist it to suit a our agenda. However, that is only self-deception and does not change the reality of the truth. “There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.”- Soren Kierkegaard (1813-1855)

To continue from last week’s topic about Choice is Simple; today we will discuss the honesty of our way of being and our sometimes-stubborn refusal to recognize truth, face it, and accept it for what it is. Our bitter pill is when it finally comes to the point that rationalization or ignoring it or even sugar coating it does not work any longer. At that point dealing with the truth becomes inevitable. The consequences of our willful refusal to see, acknowledge, and deal with the truth stares us in the face with un-relentless clarity of its reality.

Regardless, the truth is the truth no matter how it is perceived.

As always, I will post todays commentary on http://www.lightworkerusa.com//spirit-speaks-blog/
