We can grow beyond our current limitations in our actions, our beliefs, our thoughts and even in the way our minds and brains work.

There is more to each of us, and to life, than we see on the surface.

There are huge depths of creativity and intelligence in each of us that are closed off by stress or habit.

A powerful strategy we can use to grow beyond limitations is to take some time each day to let our mind settle down from the boundaries and details of our daily life to the infinite field of pure consciousness, pure creative intelligence at the source of our thinking process.

We can try to do this by thinking deeply about it , by reading the descriptions of this experience in the lives others, or by visualizing what we think it would look like.

Or we can actually learn how to have that experience ourselves.

Learning the Transcendental Meditation technique is a simple way to gain this most basic skill.  It should be part of everyone’s education to learn how to have this most basic experience of letting the mind settle down to the source of the thinking process, to one’s Self at the quietest level, deep inside.  In the TM classes, each student learns how to let his or her mind settle down completely naturally, without control or concentration.

People enjoy their TM sessions because they feel clearer and more themselves afterward, and because during TM the body gets very deeply rested so stress and strain dissolve—people feel deeply refreshed.

This show will explore how adding this basic technique to your ‘toolbelt’ will supercharge your growth.

You will hear how TM supported our guests to grow beyond limitations in their lives, and you can call in to discuss your situation and explore whether TM is a good fit for you.
