As a professional muscian, Kathy Pirtle once endured a digestive disorder, Leaky Gut, and chronic pain. When push came to shove, learn how she used nutrient-densehealing foods to heal within 6 months. But the healing doesn't end there. Years later, a structural issue that affected her breathing again threatened to end her performance career. Kathy continued her search for healing until it was resolved. It was only by prioritizing herself, and her gifts, that she found the answers to the second chapter of her healing journey.

Kathy is an example that the life journey is the healing journey. We evolve by healing ourselves on many levels and in many layers. Are you a musician? Does inflammation, acid reflux, misalignment or another imbalance causing you to throw in the towel?  Don't throw anything yet!  Stay tuned. Dis-ease is reversible when the body is made to heal iteslf.

Kathy has played in the Orion Ensemble Chamber group for the last 27 years. She has served as principal clarinetist of the Lake Forest Symphony since 1990. Her other orchestral affiliations include the Lyric Opera Orchestra, Ravinia Festival Orchestra, Chicago Philharmonic, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Grant Park Symphony and Elgin Symphony.
