I am really feeling U on Ur Message "Christian Leadership should be known for Truth Not Poularity". I understood completely what U whee saying. It was a very good message. Alot of Truth that many in Ministry don't hold true to. It's always right to Minister the Truth. Keep doing the Lords wilt. Truly you are Blessed for your obedience.

Suppose it was said, that the majority of unhappiness can be traced to personal unwise decision-making, would you believe it? Could you believe it?
Nothing can be worst than attempting to make ourselves happy without wisdom - Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets understanding. Well, maybe that's over exaggerating the point, as there are some things that can be worst. But we have been known to get ourselves into some downright dumb situations pursuing happiness, haven't we? And before we get offended, as we have the tendancy to do in matters that force us to look at ourselves and take responsibility for our decisions and life choices, let's be honest, most of what we thought would bring us happiness has not. And previous circumstances we just swore was the beginning point of ultimate bliss and happiness, now we look back on as 'trash', 'waste of time and good energy' or 'wasn't worth the heartache', right?
Well, possibly the most important important questions to ask in pursuing happiness is: 1) Do we even know what happiness is in our search for its experience? And for this one, put away your dictionary for a moment, as dictionaries are only good for defining the accuracy of words, not the practices and experiences of life. 2) If happiness exist, than how do we pursue her properly and actually lay hold to her to taste her works of grace? - Her ways are pleasing, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her. Happy are all who hold her near.
First, some of us need to commit ourselves to a 1 year fast called, 'the not making myself happy fast without wisdom.' In fact, some need this fast right now, as they are presently working on 'dumb decision number 999' that's leading to life unhappiness phase number 954. Well, not everything about our lives is unhappy, hence, the 45 difference of happy experiences we may have had.
Second, try this definition for a new starting point toward understanding happiness. Are your dictionaries still closed because this definition's not there? 'Happiness is, the joyful state of the heart when I can look favorably at the life circumstances I have created from the choices of my mind.' To have happiness is to know inner joy from what I see. And to keep inner joy fueled, you must create life circumstances and relationships you can look at favorably and be genuinely soul satisfied. And to create life circumstance and relationships you look favorably upon, you must do so wisely through wisdom - Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets understanding. For it is better than getting silver and fine gold.
We are usually unhappy because what we are presently looking at of our lives is not a pleasant sight. And worst of all, we suffer with the guilt and regret that we created our unhappy circumstances it through poor decision-making. Listen, it's hard not to like present life circumstances and regret them, and even harder to acknowledge we created it.
Authenthic happiness can only come when you create life circumstances you can look at and be thoroughly satisfied with them, like the sight of a rose bush one plants or a car one builds or a renovated house one restores or even a friendship one sticks to. Happiness is built or created, not ran into. And people who run into happiness only have time to run its course before they discover it's not authentic.
Now here's where God comes in, and it's time to listen up. Because the wisdom of the culture is ridden with stupidity, pushing us and pushing us and pushing us to pursue happiness on it's self-serving, self-gratifying and self-deprecating terms. And if you haven't learned yet, that the reason you may be batting 945 out of 999, with only 45 hits of happiness out of almost a 1000 life decisions, it's possibly because you have a Creater that never intended for you to be wise on your own, at least when it comes to having authentic happiness.
1. Stop saying your happy when your not. Take another look at your circumstances for a reality check and ask: 'Does what I see of my present life circumstances bring joy to my heart, and will it last for a lifetime?' 2. Seriously consider the 1 year 'not making myself happy without wisdom fast,' just for you to discover more about you, your life and what actually would make you happy. And the by the way, it just may be good at this juncture to invite a pro counselor or mature wise stable friend, you know, someone not making dumb decisions too. 3. Do a lot of talking to God before you talk to anyone else. You'd be shocked what will happen when turn off others and turn to God, talking more to Him than them. Did you get that? More to Him, than them! 4. Educate yourself anew, by feeding your brain some new information that's not based upon the old information you that results in your unhappiness. If you are realistic about how the old you thinks, it will serve as a guide as to what to read concerning what the new you needs to think. And don't leave out the Bible either. 5. Take being happy more seriously, because, only you are responsible for your happiness and the people you entrust yourself to. We can be so careless and reckless when it comes to our happiness. Happiness requires measured, well thought through and mature wise decision-making. Hey, your worth it!
