Today we'll be honoring my guests Connie and Martin Jordan and their extraordinary journey. Their son, Andrew made his transition from this planet on October 22, 2007 after a Leukemia diagnosis in July 2007 at 16yo. Since then of course their lives have never been the same, but not in the way one would think.
