Cherie Currie

At 15, Cherie became the lead singer for arguably the greatest "girl group" of all time, The Runaways, a band that included Joan Jett and Lita Ford. Described then as "the lost daughter of Iggy Pop and Brigitte Bardot" she left The Runaways to branch out on a solo career and later recorded with her twin sister, Marie. Cherie has also appeared in many films including Foxes with Jodie Foster and This is Spinal Tap. She is the author of Neon Angels and is now--and I find this SO incredible--a well-known and highly accomplished chainsaw artist--"the Chainsaw Chick". Amazing!
