This week I will be talking with James Alderson & John Allen with Property Management Services. James Alderson: James began his real estate Career in 2001 selling new homes for a builder in San Antonio. He became a licensed agent in 2005 and a broker in 2008. Real Estate was good to him and his family in 2006 and when the market dropped in 2007 he moved his focus to Property Management. James became good friends with John Allen and Co-authored the Property Management Inspection book with John. James has his own Real Estate company and is the Vice President of Marketing for P.M.I.S. John Allen: Served in the United States Army as a Communication Platoon Sgt, serving 1 tour in Germany and 4 tours in Korea. Upon completion of his military career, he and his family moved to Dallas TX. John Authored /Co Authored several books (The Home Check series) dealing with property inspecting and is a licensed “all claims” insurance adjuster as well as a licensed professional home inspector. He is currently the President of the Texas Inspection Firm and the Vice President of P.M.I.S. (Property Management Inspection Services) and is also a landlord.
