    Browns embarassed on National Television

The Browns could do nothing offensively in their 30-10 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday.  Cleveland was able to muster up 198 total offense in the loss, that saw the defense score the only touchdown.  The Browns first drive was the best going 66 yards and getting 3 first downs.  That ended in a Phil Dawson 27 yard field goal.  The rest was history, Philly could do anything it wanted versus a Browns defense that was on the field most of the game.  The Eagles very easily could have scored more if they would have scored in the red zone.  Overall the Browns probably won't be seeing anymore nationally televised games until they can get consistent and show they are the real deal for more than one season.  The Browns fell to 4-10. while Philly improved to 8-5-1.  Cleveland takes on the Bengals this coming Sunday at home.

The Browns coaching staff again was predictable, not blitzing and letting Donovan Mcnabb get comfortable throwing the football.  The offense again included Josh Cribbs, but he never got a chance to throw the football.  They must be waiting for the perfect time, and are looking to set teams up.  The coaching staff has nothing to lose and they again stick to the plan, and don't try anything different.  Changes will be made at the end of the season.  So I ask you what changes need to be made? 1.  New coaching staff 2. New players 3.New front office 4. Other

    AFL 09 Season Canceled

The Arena Football League has canceled the 2009 season, but plans to return in 2010.  New Orleans folded earlier this season, which makes 16 teams including the Cleveland Gladiators.  League sources has said canceling the season will enable the AFL to come back stronger next season, and get things figured out.  Again, the AFL is not folding and will be back in 2010.  Its disappointing considering how good the Gladiators played last year.  Before the Gladiators came to Cleveland they were in Las Vegas were they only won 2 games.  Last year they made it to the playoffs and drew a big crowd at home.  How do you feel about the AFL taking 2009 off?  Will you be a fan in 2010?  Email me at primetimesports@hotmail.

    Cavs Streak Ends

The Cavs fell behind early, but came back only to fall short.  A good team never gives up, and can overcome deficits.  That's exactly what this Cleveland team did, except falling short 97-92 in Atlanta.  Four Cavaliers scored in double figures.  Lebron scored 33 points, Mo Williams 26 to lead the Cavs.  It looked liked this team would get blown out in the early stages, but the third quarter was a goodone for the Cavaliers.  Outscoring the Hawks 28-21 in the third quarter.  In the fourth quarter Cleveland led by a few points early on, but lost the lead.  In the end Delonte West, and Mo Williams had could looks, but could not get it to fall.  Cavs (20-4) travel to Minnesota on Wednesday tip off at 8 pm.

    Questions to the Listeners:

Do you think this team will be the best in Cleveland History?
What player should they trade at the trade deadline?
Is Mike Brown doing a better job coaching this year?
