Paul George suffered a guesome injury a few days ago in the USA Basketball scrimmage. What does this mean for the Pacers in 2014-15? What about the direction of the Pacers going forward? Should they make a rebuilding move before or during this season? Can they even make the playoffs this season? In regards to USA Basketball, will this change things going forward? Will guys elect to not play in international play, or will their teams restrict players from being a part of USA Basketball?
