The computer is one of most fantastic tools of our time. That's why I believe that EVERYONE should own one. I've found though, that many beginner or intermediate computer users have lot's of questions about this tool, and don't have anyone to turn to to ask those questions. The people who could answer those questions for them... either don't have the patience... or will make them feel like it's a dumb or stupid question. So instead, the user won't ask the question. Some of the users will turn their back on their computers and won't get the enjoyment from their new toy.
