If you ever have a technical problem on BTR, and hit the "Live Help" button, these guys will bend over backwards to fix it.  Not something that I would expect from a site like this, which is free, and technically involved and how many technically involved people are around to fix a problem, on a Sunday night?   Well, I have to say on BTR, they are here, and will go out of their way to fix something if it isn't working right.  Which I have to say is freaking awesome.  Ever had a problem on another free site?  Most of the time people working there don't give a rats ass, but it's been my experience here on BTR that whenever I've had a problem it's fixed, or I've been told why.  I've never had someone just blow sunshine up my ass telling me it's being worked on, I've been told it's going to be fixed.

I can think of only one other place I've ever had this over the top customer service online, and that would have to be one of the sites I moderate on. 

Any single people out here?  Check out www.bookofmatches.com.  I help moderate the forums over there.  It's a great site, think of it as myspace for older people.  It's also the only other free site besides BTR that when something breaks, someone tries to take care of it, and within a reasonable amount of time, not "when we can get to it" type of bs. 

Not that I'm single myself, not anymore anyway.....lol

I'm happily married, and met my wife on bookofmatches.  No it wasn't an overnight thing, this is the internet after all.  But it is a forever thing and that is what matters.  I could tell my story, but that's another blog.
