Dr. Vincentia Paul-Constantin, Director & Ms. Jessica B. Whyte, Asst Director, & their team will bring home The CW Educational & Behavioral Center to offer services to promote emotional & behavioral health while reducing the stigma of mental illness, antisocial behavior in adolescents, & the prevalence of mental illness in the Virgin Islands.

Dr. Paul-Constantin, raised in the Virgin Islands & with a PhD degree in Education & a Master's degree in Special Education & Counseling, will spearhead the Center along with Ms Whyte, National Board Certified with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. The team:

* Dr. Sherida Habersham is an Educational Psychologist, with a PhD in Educational Psychology & Computer Information Systems, has a broad range of expertise working in higher education & organizational training. Prior to entering higher education, Dr. Habersham served as quality systems administrator where she was a member of the internal audit team.

* Ms Gaétane Borders, School Psychologist, has 20+ years of experience working in the educational system.  Ms Borders Expertly trained in psycho-educational & neuropsychological assessments.

* Dr. Jionel Pierre, a 15-yr. veteran in Special Education Law Expert & a native of Brooklyn, New York, is an educational expert in special ed., special ed. law, gifted education, & educational leadership.
