When one person is liable for the negligent actions of another person, even though the first person was not directly responsible for the injury. For instance, a parent sometimes can be vicariously liable for the harmful acts of a child and an employer sometimes can be vicariously liable for the acts of a worker. Robert E. Gluck has been working aggressively to pursue positive, client outcomes for every personal injury case he takes on. Unlike those larger, “power” firms – only interested in the volume and number of personal injury cases, instead of the people behind each case – Robert Gluck knows every one of his clients, and dedicates his efforts to creating a personal relationship with each of them. He carefully chooses his cases, giving him a caseload that helps him maintain a better level of personal and professional service for his clients. Robert Gluck is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association the Broward County Bar Association, the Collier County Bar Association, the Broward County Bar, Solo-Small Law Firm Networking Group and Network Professionals International. He is also an active member of the Y.M.C.A. Indian Princess Organization, and he is a Gilda’s Club supporter.
