In the wake of post-9/11 paranoia in America, Glen Heggsted set out on a gritty adventure to experience the world through the eyes of those living in the developing world. The result is his just-released book called One More Day Everywhere: Crossing 50 Borders on the Road to Global Understanding (ECW Press). It vividly describes his 55,000 mile ride from Siberia to Africa via the Middle East, Gaza Strip, and Pakistan and his revealing encounters with those cultures. May 21, 2008 (Toronto) – With summer fast approaching, BlogTalkRadio’s Ride! heats up with a brand new series of entertaining interviews featuring international motorcycle experts and personalities beginning May 21.

There’s also plenty of motorcycling history in store. Author and photographer Basem Wasef talks about legendary motorcycles and their celebrity owners; motojournalists Laurel Allen and Mark Gardiner discuss the history of BMW racing motorcycles; and Antique Motorcycle Club of America President Pete Gagan chats about his novel set in the early days of motorcycling.
These live blogcasts begin May 21 at 7 p.m. EDT on award-winning Ride! on the BlogTalkRadio Network (If you miss the live show, the recorded podcast will be available on the Ride! website www.blogtalkradio.com/ride.)
