Rich Palmer

Rich Palmer is Assistant Chief of Fire Prevention with the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal. Prior to this service he served more than twenty years as a safety educator, public information officer, and community affairs professional with a suburban fire department in Montgomery County, Ohio. He is a past-president of the National Information Officers Association. Rich is also a musician. He has released a CD for kids called "Sing a Song for Safety" and is working on a mainstream collection of music for listeners of all ages. He produces the podcasts/blogs Audio Gumshoe and "A Rich Perspective." His views are entirely independent and may not reflect opinions or policies of his employer.
