March 27, 2014 - LIVING A RICHER LIFE: with Kelly Lydick, M.A., Certified Gateway Dreaming Coach and Author of Mastering the Dream

THIS WEEK'S MESSAGE:   What is a dream? A dream can include any of the images, thoughts and emotions that are experienced during sleep. Dreams can be extraordinarily vivid or very vague; filled with joyful emotions or frightening imagery; focused and understandable or unclear and confusing. Why do we dream? What purpose do dreams serve? While many theories have been proposed, no single consensus has emerged. Considering the enormous amount of time we spend in a dreaming state, the fact that researchers do not yet understand the purpose of dreams may seem baffling. However, there are those whose life work is focused on helping people understand how their dreams relate to their waking life. Do you want to know how to better understand yourself, your subconscious and all of your life’s possibilities?

Kelly Lydick a Certified Gateway Dreaming Coach and a Certified Meditation Facilitator. Kelly received her B.A. in Writing and Literature from Burlington College, in Burlington Vermont and her M.A. in Writing and Consciousness from the New College of California. She is the author of "Mastering the Dream" and "We Once Were." Her literary work has appeared in Twittering Machine, Published in Moments and Burlington College Poetry Journal.
