    Here Comes the Sun

    Hello, I am well and wish you well too!  I made it back to the East Coast without any delays.  Yeah!  As always, Southwest Airlines was a pleasure to fly.  I had a brief touchdown in Nashville.  I lived there for 20 years.  From the sky, it still looks beautiful.   

    Ahhh, Monday, Monday.  Today I have a zillion phone calls to make and get the house back in order from a week without its Chief Organizer (me).

    tODAY’S RECIPE IS sPINACH & FETA Shells. 
    cook up 2 boxes of deboles organic pasta shells
    made with jeruselum aricoke flour. 
    when they are cooked the to your desired firmness, DRAIN AND
    add 1 28oz can of muir glen organic crushed tomates,
    which happen TO BE PART OF THE BEST LIFE PLAN.
    1 CUP OF FAT FREE CRUMBLED FETA CHESSE,
    1 CUBE OF DOROT CRUSHED GARLIC,
    1 CUBE DOROT CHOPPED BASIL, AND TOSS TOGETHER. 
    FINALLY FOR THAT EXTRA VITIMIN BOOST
    ADD A HALF A BAG OF ORGANIC BABY SPINACH TO THE POT
    AND COVER FOR A LITTLE STEAMING ACTION.
