Lakell Maxwell, an Atlanta native, made the decision to become an entrepreneur over two years ago when she realized she has a passion for helping others and working for herself. Her company serves women who wear larger sized shoes (5-17) and women who love high heel shoes. She also volunteers for charities: a Big Sister for Big Brother, Big Sister, The Hosea Williams Feed the Hungry, and Soles 4 Souls, collecting over 300 pair of shoes last November. This year charity event is for 40 girls and some shoes. She also has spoken to group such as Ladies of Favor, and Celebrate Recovery about molestation. While Lakell’s heart and soul is helping everyone that crosses her path, she enjoys a career with CSX Intermodal as an Intermodal Clerk and in her free time she loves to sing, dance and write.
