    Preventive Ergonomics

    Hear this informative interview with Jonathan Matey, a physical therapist whose view on preventive ergonomics will assist in less on the job injuries to main muscle groups that we use everyday and take for granted. Jonathan is my therapist and he has brought me back from an injury to at least 80%. His views on preventive injuries on the job and at home just doing normal home duties.
