(Oslo symposium, 1994)

While at the United Nations, guest host Charles was fortunate enough to sit in on a Ministerial Dialogue - "Moving Towards Sustainable Development: expectations from Rio + 20" and Learned information concerning the Marrakech Process, dealing with Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP).
