For a young person aging out of foster care, a college education is often hard to obtain without support or mentorship. However, the Great Expectations Program (GE) through Virginia's Community Colleges has stepped up to the plate to meet the needs of these college-bound youth by offering them coaching, education, and a host of independent living resources. Meet GE coaches, Vicki Munsterman and Dedra Edmonds Hampton, two committed GE coaches, as they discuss the needs and benefits associated with meeting them.
