  Mind's Eye
  

   

  "The eye is the lamp of the body. So if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!" (Matthew 6:22)
  
  
  Thoughts cannot be kept a secret. If immediately forms into a practice, and practicing becomes a habit; and that habit produces character that over time externally solidifies inner thought. The good thing about being alive and functional is that we have the opportunity to change. For by "introspective and self analysis", one can pier into the inner workings of his own mind and change his perspective of the conditions of his own life, just by modifying the condition of his thoughts.
