Connecting to others through the love of God.I command you to love each other in the same way that I love you.And here is how to measure it--the greatest love is shown when people lay down their lives for their friends. John 15:12-13 If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; [fn] but if I didn't love others, I would be of no value whatsoever. Love will last forever, but prophecy and speaking in unknown languages [fn] and special knowledge will all disappear. 1 Cor. 13

Blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied) are those servants whome the master finds awake and alert and watching when he comes. Truly I say to you, he will gird himself and have them recline at table and will come and serve them! Luke 12:37 In Ephasians 6:10 God's word teaches, 'Be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from HIm [that strength which His boundless might provides]." We are to put on God's armor so we won't be decieved by the devil. Verse 16 says, "Lift up over all the {covering} shield of saving faith, upon which yo can quench all the flaming missiles of hte wicked [one]."
In verse 18 we are also told to "pray at all times (on every occassion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert, watch with strong purpose, and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people)" (emphasis mine).
