I won’t keep you that long but I just wanted you to truly think who is stopping you from achieve the things that you want in life? Is it your coworkers, your spouse, or how about ‘the Man’? Or could it be you? Why haven’t you gotten the job that you are looking for? Surely it is rough out there and the media isn’t helping a bit but at the end of the day, you are the only one who is responsible for your successes and your failures in life.
If it were not for the great men and women of history who would not take no for an answer, where would we be today? When one door closes another one must open. How strong is your faith? How persistent will you be when sending out your resume? What actions will you take to make sure you are qualified for the position?
The movie, The Pursuit of Happiness (2006), is a perfect example of endurance, faith, persistence, and self-confidence. If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out. If you have, watch it again. There are opportunities out there…find them! If for some reason you can’t find an opportunity…make one!
Be strong and courageous…
