I lead a seminar titled Effective Mentoring. What I have learned is that the power of mentoring comes from the relationship between the mentor and the mentored. This is less about what the mentor can offer the mentored and more about the process of discovery. In support of that I have developed Tools that I would be pleased to share with others interested in effective mentoring.
