    Tonya Sproles is a woman who wears many hats. She is very close to her family, she's a loyal friend, she's a career woman, a mother, and most important, she has a close relationship with her Lord and savior. She is also an educator and a visionary. Ms. Sproles has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Central Arkansas at Conway. She also has a masters degree in School Guidance and Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has served as a teacher and guidance counselor with the Little Rock School District for 17 years. Ms. Sproles founded The Quarterly Exchange, a business networking organization, in 2003. The Quarterly Exchange was designed to assemble various small and mid-sized businesses together for the purpose of networking and building relationships among people within the business communities of Central Arkansas. That experience helped Ms. Sproles realize the importance of people coming together to talk about what they can offer, how their product or service can be beneficial to others, and most important - she realized the significance of building relationships!
