    Why Did She Leave And Decided To JUST DO IT?

    Originally from Los Angeles,Ginai moved to the big apple (New York) to set my sights on a career in fashion. She wanted to learn everything there was about the apparel industry. Ginai was so passionate about it that I would have done almost anything to live, eat, and breath all things related to it. After graduating Ginai entered the workforce and had a brief stint as a department manager at a prestigious department store. Finally Ginai landed a position at what she considers to be the Cadillac of athletic companies. Most people recognize there swoosh logo worldwide. Now when she landed here, Ginai thought surly she had arrived. The funny thing was her pay hadn't. Telling herself to be patient it will come. But shortly thereafter, speaking with some of her coworkers and I realizing the compensation didn't reflect her position (showroom administrator), but rather was common practice for the company. They banked on the the fact that people would interview, show up, and work for very little because of the cache of the brand. Nonetheless, what she lacked in pay Ginai made up for in experience and contacts, due to the companies high profile and heavy traffic of v.i.p.s passing through from all industries on a daily basis. Ginai also got familiar with the company history and humble beginnings of its now famous merchandise, which initially got distributed from the trunk of the founder car. Then it hit her. Why not put all of my efforts and energy into enterprising for myself. Ginai happily left and said goodbyes not only to coworkers but the 9 to 5 hustle and haven't looked back
