With more than 24 years experience in corporate America, Victoria C. DePaul knows a thing or two about effective business leadership. After struggling for many years with how to motivate employees to perform at their best level, DePaul discovered that the basis for motivation is the person’s desire to be happy. In her new book, Creating the Intrapreneur: The Search for Leadership Excellence, DePaul uses her personal and professional experience to guide readers toward achieving true success in business and life. Three years later, DePaul founded Galileo Business & Learning Consultants, LLC, to teach leaders, managers and individuals how to improve energy systems in their organizations, businesses and employees by understanding that personal empowerment is the ultimate motivation of all effort and behavior. DePaul continues to motivate people to fulfill their highest potential in all aspects of life through seminars, consulting and speaking engagements. She is known for her authenticity, common sense and down to earth style and personality, but humor is her secret weapon. For DePaul, laughter is
