I disagree with the men saying that they wouldn't admit to cheating if things got better between them after the infidelity. Not telling one's partner of past infidelities robs them of the choice to make an INFORMED DECISION as to whether they want to stay with you or not.

When it comes to infidelity and the possibility of a child not being mine I would DEFINITELY want to know. And I'm offended that the male co-host calls a man's manhood into question for walking away on a child he finds out is not his due to his wife/girlfriend's infidelity.
