A lot of people have the belief that "you have to have money in order to make money" or that "the rich always get richer and the poor get poorer."  Our guest on today's podcast is a perfect example of how that is not true.

Abandoned by her parents, homeless, and eventually growing up in foster care taught Gena Lofton that financial literacy is one of the major problems in the world today. She learned true financially literacy and despite her humble beginnings, is now financially free.  Today, she spends time speaking, traveling the world, investing, and overseeing her assets. which consists of over 4,000 residential units, oil & gas investments, assisted living facilities, a resort in Belize, an online business, Natural Resource companies, and as an ATT shareholder.

She is passionate about helping others achieve financial independence & is the founder of Passive Income Advisors (PIA).  PIA created the Financial Freedom Formula (F3), eLearning Training Program, which helps “high income wage earners” learn how to earn passive income by buying/building assets, using debt and tax savings.  Download the Free Financial Freedom Formula (F3) cheat sheet here.  Her book Escape The Madness: The 10 Steps to Get Out of the Rat Race  provides readers with the exact steps she took to become financially free.
