    Letters of a Lone Star

    Jeff LeJeune hosts the Red River Writers Live show "Letters of a Lone Star" every first Wednesday of the month at noon CST on Blog Talk Radio. Jeff's show will primarily feature authors, individuals who have chosen a field that can often be lonely and without applause. Jeff is the founding English department chair of St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School in Austin, TX. He has penned two novels, the first an allegorical novel called The Final Chase, the second a redemption-themed story entitled Postmarked Baltimore, which was mentioned in the 2008 New England Book Festival. On June 3, Jeff hosted Casey Vincent, a Catholic school teacher and youth minister in Lake Charles, LA. Jeff and Casey discussed teaching in the high school classroom, the importance of telling stories, and the beauty in experiencing the story of life.
