Red Maryland continues to break down the Obamacare decision this week, and host Andrew Langer is flying solo!  He is joined by Andrew Grossman, a litigator from Baker & Hostetler and Fellow with the Heritage Foundation.  Grossman litigated the Obamacare case at the state and appellate level, and he shares his thoughts on the decision with the Broadside listeners.  He and Langer draw a line connecting the decision with Justice Roberts previous decisions on property rights and the Commerce Clause, and talk about the 6-year-old Kelo Decision.

Then, the Franklin Center's Tabitha Hale joins the conversation.  She was on the steps of the Supreme Court when the decision was announced, and she shares her insights into the antics of the day.  They discuss the grassroots response, and whether or not God's wrath continues to be visited upon DC in the form of yet ANOTHER natural disaster.

Finally, Andrew gives previews of things to come, and his review of "Rock of Ages"!
