Here is more information about Joe. Joe Foster is the Executive Director of the Santa Cruz County Business Council (SCCBC). Through his position, he serves as a liaison between private-sector SCCBC member institutions and public-sector officials throughout the County, with the charge to support economic vitality for our community. His other public service work is through his involvement with the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce’s Community Affairs Committee and his seat on the Smart Solutions to Homelessness in Santa Cruz County leadership council. In addition to his work with SCCBC, Foster also provides public relations, communications and social media consulting to clients around the San Francisco Bay Area.
