In my classes I state that any student who answers a question with the word "exercise" will be right.  Exercise impacts every biological system in the human body and is a necessary tool to create and maintain health and wellness.  In my book Health Recklessly Abandoned, I spend a fair amount of time on physical activity because it is so powerful.  Adaptation and function of the human body is very dependent on exercise activity.  You really cannot live well without it.
