Rebels247's David Johnson, Dave Bevan and Michael Quirk share the latest news surround Ole Miss football and recruiting.

This week, head coach Hugh Freeze announced that junior star defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche will not play in the upcoming Sugar Bowl.

Nkemdiche was arrested last week for possession of marijuana following a fall from an Atlanta hotel room, leading to his suspension in the Sugar Bowl. The 6-4, 300 pound All-American has since declared for the 2016 NFL Draft, ending his career at Ole Miss.

Could Nkemdiche's absence impact the Rebels in the Sugar Bowl. The Rebels247 staff will breakdown the topic inside.

On the recruiting trail, the Rebels landed two recent commitments last week in Jersey athlete Myles Hartsfield and five-star offensive lineman Greg Little. What's next for the Rebels' 2016 class? All of that is explained and more in this edition of Rebel Rise Live!
