Las Vegas and HOA Auctions

A listener brought up the HOA auctions going on in Las Vegas - with an eye toward linking it to occupied foreclosures we have talked about previously. I started doing a little research and found that regardless of how it might be effecting occupied foreclosures in California, it deserves its own attention. Now this has been going on for a little while in Nevada, but it could be one of the most interesting investment strategies I have come across in a long time - and potentially one of the most risky. We are going to spend some time discussing this one and see if we can't pin down some good information.
