Private Transfer Fees, Appraisals and more

For the long time listener... and this is going WAY back ... you just might recall a show I did a few years ago about private transfer fees. Well, I made a prediction way back then and the latest news seems to be showing just how right I was about how private transfer fees would ultimately be dealt with. It's good news for buyers and sellers and bad news for some of the real estate pinheads who saw these fees as an important part of their strategy moving forward. I could not be happier to be thumbing my nose at those folks!
