Tonight on the show: The President's appointment's to the NLRB have been found to be unconstitutional by an appeals court in D.C. There is no doubt this will go to the Supreme Court for a final decision, but what kind of affect does this have on the future of Presidential appointments if this ruling were to stand?

Also, the Senate is getting close to taking on gun control with or without the help of the House of Representatives. In a move that shows the Senate Dems do not care what the House thinks, legislation has been filed that will not only take those "scarey" looking guns that you Liberals are afraid of so much, but also many handguns and weapons used in hunting as well. This is after people were told that your hunting guns would be safe and your handguns would be safe. They want to tell YOU how much ammo you should have, tell you that you should be on a list like a child molester, and should sit in we of the wonderous works of this failed government all in the name of "protection". The citizens of NY are fighting back and we will talk about that as well on this edition of Conservative T & T!
