The celebration of the overturning of Jesus v. wooden cross by staining eggs, eating chocolate, and having random fertility symbols hide various items around our houses,  has come. This year, Easter serves as the capstone of more significant, and for that matter more religiously based, legal events in the Supreme Court. This week, SCOTUS heard arguments on California's Proposition 8, and  The Defense of Marriage act.
