To Whom it May concern please respond via email or call if you receive this message.  I am contacting you about a court case in Fresno County California where a citizen (Perry Washington) sued Fresno County SPCA for operating outside of the law.  Perry Washington sued the SPCA for holding his dog in detention for months without having a hearing to prove the SPCA had a legal right to do this.  The county law says owners have a right to a trial before their dog is kept in the SPCA for more than 3 days.  When this came up in court and the defense attorney for Fresno County saw he would loose his case, he retaliated illegally against Mr. Washington by using the Fresno County Sheriff.  As retaliation, the citizen, Perry Washington was accused of an 2 year old unsolved  arson case of his own home, and was arrested in court as retaliation for suing the Fresno County SPCA.  The defense attorney actually threatened Perry Washington and his sister (me) Anthonia Washington over the phone.  At this time, Mr. Washington has been sexually assaulted in Fresno county jail, beaten repeatedly, and tortured, and the superior court will not hear the habeus cases because the Sheriff officers who are attacking Mr. Washington refuse to allow Mr. Washington to file grievances and appeals in a timely fashion.  If you search under "Fresno County Superior Court, case information" on google, and type in "Perry Washington" in the smart search, you will get a list of these cases.  I will put a brief summary at the end.  Perry Washington had a court hearing with no witnesses for the defense, Perry Washington was not allowed to testify, and no evidence was submitted on his behalf.  the attorney for Ciummo and Associates ( a firm hired to represent Perry Washington because his case is a conflict of interest for Fresno County to represent him.
