Dr. Kennedy addresses community issues at large thru the principals of Organizational Psychology. •This show will help you recognize healthy organizational principals and practices as well as  how one might takes ownership to Improve the performance of an organization. O.D. is a deliberate approach to increase an organization's effectiveness thus, creating a healthy work environment. Understanding organizational behaviors and  systems changes.   

Having a better understanding of community, politics, ethical practices for both employees/employers.  Understand the collateral damage when greed takes place.  Becoming an effective advocate even while been an employee.
