Many times we get involved in friendship and intimate relationships that spiral up and down. Could there be more to his/her mood swing? Find out more by tuning in to this two part series.

Join me and my very special guest Ms. Sonjiah Davis, LGSW is a Mental Health Therapist, whose expertise is in family and child welfare, specifically working with clients diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Ms. Davis obtained her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Howard University. While working toward her MSW, she earned a coveted fellowship in a congressional office and was hired as a congressional staffer working on such legislation as the Social Work Reinvestment Act, Healthcare Reform, specifically President Obama’s Mental Health Matters Initiative and other important legislation that affected women and children. Ms. Davis is also a yoga instructor, who uses the moniker, "YogiTina", and a certified nutrition educator who uses yoga/meditation and nutrition education to help minimize symptoms of depression/anxiety and ADHD/ADD and other mental health issues.

Also joining the discussion is Mr. Darrell Coleman, Executive Director and Lead Therapist at Elevation & Enrichment Services. He has worked as a mental health professional in the states of Maryland and North Carolina for over 5 years. His holistic therapy approach includes teaching how mind, body, and spirit connectedness is key to overall change and positive living. Darrell considers it a personal mission to help individuals, couples, and families realize their fullest potential and maneuver successfully through the obstacles of life.
