This episode profiles single women over 35 that embrace their unmarried status and want to show you how!  Jean Day is a 41 year old single African American female, never been married and no children.  She has a Master's degree in Clinical psychology and 17 years experience as a therapist and/or college instructor. She is currently pursuing a PhD.   Jean's perspective is that as statistics show, an African-American female, with the higher the education, she is the least likely to find a mate.  

Julia Skeesick is the founder of LifeScape Coaching and over the past several years she has worked with both male and female clients that are predominantly single. She has seen first hand the pressure to be part of a couple in our culture and for some, a level of isolation and judgement both from self and others that comes with being solo.She is a 49 year old, attractive, divorced woman that is very happily single and have chosen not to be in a relationship for the past 5 years.  Julia will share her experiences and on responses received from others when they hear her choice.
