 During this crisis that we are going through,we here so much about how homes are now at bargain levels due to foreclosures.
We are focused on finding the best deal and trying to find homes in preforclosure as well as using startegies that may be legal,but not necessarily ethical.
We need to remember there is another factor involved,there is another side,the other side of  foreclosures, and that is....the people facing it.

Lets try to remember that people's lives have been turned inside out by foreclosure.Some may have caused it themselves,others are have been victims of scams and predatory lending practices. Some are now homeless,famlies have been displaced

As we all go through the foreclosure maze,let's be respectful of those who are on the otherside.
We should keep them in our prayers and offer whatever help we are able to.
