Confessions from appraisers

Today we'll be speaking to 2 appraisers from the Pacific Northwest.

In case you haven't heard there have been massive regulatory changes to the appraisal process. Some good, some bad, some didn't change but all have brought more attention to what an appraiser is asked to do and how they do it.

We'll discuss from the appraiser's chair just how that has impacted their business and how they feel about it. We hope to gain a better insight into how Real Estate Professionals and Lenders can inform their clients about the process and what to expect.

This will be a candid, unplugged view of today's appraisal world.
