Thru the Eyes of Faith Radio Show Every Saturday 5pm-7pm Hosted by Imani Muhammad: Imani Muhammad was born and raised in Northwest Portland, Oregon; she has spent most of her life dedicated to teaching and educating children of all ages. Beginning in 2007, Imani committed her life to the advancement and empowerment of the youth by orchestrating over 30 inner city community events and fundraisers, in order to provide a positive outlet for the Youth of today. Although, being on the radio is not new to her, hosting her own show is a dream come true. Through the partnership of Real Talk USA and Thru the Eyes of Faith, we will uplift, empower and bring forth a collective consciousness for the betterment of humanity, one person at a time.
THIS WEEKS SHOW WILL FEATURE WRITER NOJMA MUHAMMAD FROM THE FINAL CALL NEWSPAPER AND HER ARTICLE ADDRESS THE BLACK FEMALE AND THE AFFECT OF THE WILLIE LYNCH SYNDROME.
SECOND HALF OF THE SHOW WILL DISCUSS ISSUES IN PORTLAND, "SENSELESS" VIOLENCE AND SHOOTINGS AND HOW WE CAN UPROOT THIS CYCLE THAT CONTINUES IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY.
