You Don’t Know, what You Don’t Know – this segment is geared toward helping investors ask the “right” questions of the professionals they are working with. If you don’t know what you don’t know, well let’s just say, a lot of Brooklyn Bridges have been bought that way!

Making Money Outside the Box – this segment highlights the “creative” ways deals can be done as opposed to more traditional thinking. An example would be taking money back at closing. There’s a right way and a wrong way to do this. Doing it the “wrong” way can land you in hot water. The infamous “no money down” has made a comeback in these economically trying times. We’ve done it, but then we’re pros, learn from our expertise.
