Antibiotics and Agriculture

In late June, Senator Dianne Feinstein of California introduced legislation to help stop the overuse of Antibiotics in industrial farming. Laura Rogers, Director of Human Health and Industrial Farming and the Save Antibiotics Campaign from the Pew Charitable Trusts will join the program to talk about why this legislation is so important, and what projects the Pew is launching to safe guard our meat, eggs and dairy as well as help to preserve Antibiotics as a health resource.
